Jesmonite®
NomiStone pieces are made using Jesmonite®, a durable, eco-friendly mineral composite made from a water-based resin and natural mineral powders.
Jesmonite is a lightweight alternative to materials such as concrete, plaster or plastic. It contains no harmful solvents or harsh chemicals, making it a safer and more sustainable choice for handmade homeware.

Matt Acrylic Sealer
Each piece is sealed with a water-based, solvent-free acrylic sealer to protect the surface while maintaining a natural matte finish.
This protective layer helps resist water, light staining, and everyday wear while preserving the stone-like appearance of each item.

Care and use
NomiStone pieces are designed for decorative and light functional home use, such as trays, coasters, and display items. They are not suitable for oven use or high heat. Uncovered food should not be placed directly on the surface. Items are not intended for use as cookware or food preparation surfaces.

We aim to use materials and processes that reduce environmental impact wherever possible, including water-based sealers and eco-conscious packaging.
